Welcome to Eurobeat-Prime v.3.X
For quite a while now the site has been going steady without many actual content upgrades, nor other major changes. There has been lots of talk for more than year now about the upcoming layout but due to various reasons it's still on hold. Yet when the day that you come and visit EP and notice a new layout is actually up, I can't yet say. It might be tomorrow, it might be in a year. Either way, the staff behind Eurobeat-Prime are still throwing ideas around about the future of the site. New content will be out, when is the question currently.
Eurobeat as a music genre is very unique, yet very stationary in a way. People understand eurobeat differently and while others see the music as simple feel-good music, there are also those of us who see deeper into the world of fast beats and aggressive synthesizers. The general concept of our beloved eurobeat is music that will make you dance and feel good. Super Eurobeat, the compilation series provided by Avex Trax releases new material monthly which keeps the fans constantly craving for more. During the past few years online downloads have eased up the process for many foreigners and it has clearly become easier to obtain new eurobeat, which surely pleases us fans. EP sends a thank you to the producers and artists behind eurobeat who make the world a happier place for many of us.
Eurobeat-Prime is a site dedicated to solely eurobeat. The site initially started as a miniature site for my own fun and amusement, but it has gradually grown to be one of the biggest and most extensive eurobeat databases the internet currently holds. Eurobeat Prime aims to spread the message of eurobeat around the world and bring together people who enjoy this music. The staff of Eurobeat Prime welcomes you to enjoy your stay at our humble hold. Let's all make this year yet an another enjoyable one for us all.

Super Eurobeat 2025 is coming! - 9 September 2025
The next edition of the Super Eurobeat series has been found online. Although the mainline Super Eurobeat series stopped at volume 250, we still have our yearly Super Eurobeat compilation as part of the 'Best Of' series.
Last year, for the 2024 edition, Avex dropped the 'Best Of' part, just calling the release Super Eurobeat 2024. Now, the 2025 edition has been found on various online shops (Amazon JP, CDJapan, and others). It will release on 5 November 2025 and only have 1 single disc, so no second disc with non-stops or other extras. 10 Italian labels will have their songs featured on the disc.
Once we have more info, we'll keep you updated of course!

Best of Beats 2024 results are online - 23 December 2024
And we have a new winner! Congratulations to SinclaireStyle for winning the 2024 #1 position with Niko - Night Of Fire. You can find the rest of the list at BestofBeats.com. We also have a recording, but that isn't cooperating right now so that will follow later.
A big thank you to everyone who helped creating this list; people helping out behind the scenes as well as everybody who sent in their top 10 eurobeat songs. We hope to see you again next year for the 5th edition!!

Best of Beats 2024 voting has started - 22 November 2024
For the fourth time, Eurobeat-Prime and Deshima Sounds are hosting the Best of Beats event. The biggest eurobeat countdown in the entire world, with song selected by you - the eurobeat fans.
The situation is the same as every year. You go to BestofBeats.com and enter your personal top 10 eurobeat songs. Your number 1 song gets three times as many points as the rest, so make the number one the absolute best. Then, on 17 December, we will count up all the songs you have voted for and create a big chart with all the best eurobeat songs ever.
On December 21 we will be hosting a livestream on the Deshima Sounds Twitch channel where we count down the top 50 during a multi hour event.
This is one of the biggest events people talk about every year, and you can be part of it. Go over to the Best of Beats website and send in your selection. May the best eurobeat win!

Super Eurobeat 2024 is here! - 6 November 2024
Today is the release date of the latest iteration of Super Eurobeat - volume 2024. Well, not the 2024th volume, but the only Super Eurobeat release for the year 2024. This two-disc release is packed with new songs from all the big Italian labels, as well as a non-stop mix with songs of the anime series MF:Ghost.
You can get Super Eurobeat 2024 from your favourite Japanese CD store, such as CDJapan, Amazon or Mu-Mo. Next to that, it is also available digitally on platforms such as Ototoy.
Once we will get the CD in, we will be posting the lyrics and extra information to the database as always.
To celebrate, DJ Boss will be doing a Release Party stream on the HiBPMStudio Youtube channel on November 7, at 8pm/20:00 JST.
